• 'The earth is but one country, and mankind its citizens' - Baha'u'llah

  • God has created the world as one—the boundaries are marked out by man. God has not divided the lands…All are of one family, one race; all are human beings. —‘Abdu’l-Bahá’s words in London

The writings of Bahá'u'lláh provide a wealth of spiritual teachings that assist us in progressing on a path towards maturity, and in building a peaceful and unified world.

COMMUNITY BUILDING

The Baha'i Writings state that, "All human beings have been created to carry forward an ever-advancing civilization." The creation of a peaceful global society that fosters both individual and collective wellbeing is at the heart of the Baha'i vision of the future. Within the framework of a growing community concerned with moral and spiritual transformation, social and economic development is one expression of the Bahá'í commitment to realising this vision

"Dedicate the precious days of your lives to the betterment of the world." ~ Baha'u'llah

Dawn of the Light

Bahá'u'lláh’s vision of the oneness of humanity can best be achieved through the transformation of both our individual and collective lives. We cannot segregate the human heart from the environment outside us and say that once one of these is reformed everything will be improved. Man is organic with the world. His inner life moulds the environment and is itself also deeply affected by it. The one acts upon the other and every abiding change in the life of man is the result of these mutual reactions. ~Shoghi Effendi
